Overweight & Overdimensional Flatbed Routing
Structural steel · Rebar bundles · Precast panels · Metal decking

| Max Payload | 48,000 lbs standard · 105,500 lbs with multi-axle permit |
| Deck Length | 48 ft / 53 ft / 80 ft extendable |
| Width Limit | 8 ft 6 in standard · 16 ft with escort |
| Height Clearance | 13 ft 6 in standard · 14 ft 6 in with low-boy |
| Permit Lead Time | 24–72 hrs (state-dependent) |

| Transit Window | 1–6 business days (intrastate) · 3–10 days (interstate) |
| Coverage Region | CONUS · Cross-border CA/MX via bonded carrier |
| Load Securement | FMCSA §393.100 compliant · Chain/binder + dunnage |
We run permitted overdimensional loads as a core service, not an exception. Our routing team files multi-state permit packages 72 hours ahead of dispatch, coordinates pilot car positioning, and pre-clears bridge weight ratings on every lane. For rebar coils, structural beams, and precast panels exceeding standard deck limits, we specify the exact trailer type — step deck, drop deck, or stretch RGN — based on your piece dimensions and delivery site constraints. No load leaves our yard without a confirmed weight ticket and signed bill of lading.
Bonded Warehouse & Customs Brokerage

| ISF Filing | 24 hrs pre-vessel departure (10+2 compliant) |
| Entry Types | Type 01 (Consumption) · Type 06 (FTZ) · Type 23 (TIB) |
| Avg Clearance Time | 18.4 hrs (ACE automated) · 72 hrs (exam) |
| Bonded Storage | Up to 5 years duty-deferral · Segregated bays by material |

| Compliance Filings | EPA 3520-1 · FWS · CPSC · USDA as applicable |
| Transit Window | Same-day release (pre-filed) · 1–3 days (exam lanes) |
We file your ISF before the vessel departs and your entry summary before the container hits the dock. For Type III cement and structural steel subject to AD/CVD orders, we calculate duty liability to the dollar and advise on FTZ admission to defer or eliminate duty exposure. Our bonded warehouse holds your cargo under CBP custody — no duty paid until the material ships to job site. If your batch plant is running dry, call us: we can release a partial entry against a split shipment while the remainder stays bonded.

We pull your container before the free time clock runs. Our dray drivers are enrolled in PierPass OffPeak at LA/LB and run appointment-based gate slots to avoid terminal congestion windows. When your 40-foot high-cube arrives with rebar bundles or precast hardware, we transload to flatbed at our staging yard the same day — cutting out intermediate storage cost and keeping your delivery window intact. Chassis are always on-hand: we manage our own gray pool allocation so you're never waiting on equipment.
Last-Mile Site Delivery
Just-in-Time · Crane-Ready Sequencing · Drop Zone Coordination
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Delivery Window | ±2 hrs confirmed · 4-hr pre-arrival site notice |
| Load Sequencing | Crane-ready stack order matched to pour schedule |
| Drop Zone Coord. | Site foreman pre-brief · Designated zone marking |

| Delivery Receipt | Digital POD with geo-stamp and timestamp |
| Material Types | Rebar · Structural steel · Cement bags/bulk · Prefab panels |
| Emergency Dispatch | 4-hr emergency mobilization for critical pours |
We deliver to active construction sites, not loading docks. Our drivers are briefed on site access restrictions, crane interference zones, and pour sequencing before dispatch. Loads are staged on the truck in reverse pour order so the first piece needed comes off first — no rehandling on site. For cement deliveries, we confirm batch plant status before departure and hold if the plant signals a delay, eliminating dead-time waiting on the slab. Every delivery closes with a digital POD, geo-stamped and time-logged, transmitted to your project management system within 30 minutes of offload.
Cross-Border Documentation

| Export Filing | AES EEI via ACE — all shipments >$2,500 or license required |

| CoO Preparation | USMCA Certificate of Origin — producer/exporter/importer |
| Phytosanitary | USDA APHIS PPQ 577 for wood dunnage and pallets |
| Turn Time | Full doc package: 48 hrs · Emergency: 24 hrs (surcharge) |
| Carrier Compliance | C-TPAT · CTPAT-MX · PIP (Canada) enrolled carriers only |
Cross-border shipments of structural steel and rebar require exact scope analysis against active AD/CVD orders before the truck rolls. We pull the Federal Register scope ruling for your specific product — country of origin, HTS code, physical specification — and calculate the cash deposit rate before you commit to the purchase order. For Mexico-bound cement and prefab, we prepare the full pedimento package, coordinate with your Mexican customs agent on the receiver's RFC, and confirm NOM certification numbers are current. Nothing crosses the line with an open compliance question.
